You might find this is infuriating as I do
A few days ago my gf was driving from her mothers house to her house(I stay there every so often). Shes just driving along, with my child in her carseat i might add, and a cruiser turns on his cherries and signals her to pull over. She complies, her window is broken, so she opens the door. This is the first thing that pisses off the cop. A couple more cruisers show up like pigs to the trough and make her wait at the side of the road with my kid still in the car in the summer heat. They found my gf pipe in the car that she had stashed some time ago and forgot(the pipe was only used once) so they proceeded to take her out of the car and rip everything up inside the vehicle. They told her she was associated with drug dealers and that was there basis to search the car(no real evidence, I think someone threw my name out there). Her purse was under the passengers seat with 1300 rent money, her wallet, iphone, but NO weed. They took her purse and all her ID and MADE her follow them to the station and sign some papers using their scare tactics. The papers gave them the right to look up her information I believe. We've called a lawyer, but hes taking his time getting to us. Is what the police have done here illegal? She leaves a message on the officers phone everyday for him to get back to her, but he does not. He thinks this is funny probably. What should I do? I told her to call his superior maybe and talk to him, but theyre all a bunch of cowards so I dont know if that will do any good. I live in ONTARIO, CANADA. Is Canada seriously letting their police treat people, not just that, but women with young children.

Their goal IS me, thats what Im sayin, BUT they pulled her over because she was associated with me. Thats fucked because that means someone threw my name out there. I believe she accidentally consented to the search when she left the door open. Her information as in her record I think. Totally bullied by the 5-0 man. 2 hours of hell and all she was trying to do was drive home.
Saying that I do have to bring up the fact that Im almost certain theres not a warrant out for me, so how the hell is that legal? They cant just go calling people dealers because somebody said they are. Can they?Originally Posted by C3Pgro

My ex up in Humboldt kept getting harassed and pulled over by the local pigs for being seen at a "known drug house" -now how does any of that make sense? one may say cause he is a hella annoying disturbing the peace sort of drunk but how can a drug house be known and still a drug house?pigs

I dont in the home or even in the same city. I think its just some cops going overboard because my name had been mentioned by somebody. If theres no warrant and Ive never been charged and nobody coming out of my house has been pulled over then how in the hell can they say Im a bad guy. I am seeking legal advice atm though.
They had no other reason to pull her over? dude get out of town asap!
dude you need to cut down everything and flush it down the toilet ASAP if u got any. The risk here is WAY to big no matter the cost. Move to another town and start over if you wanna keep growing, cause now they will ALWAYS be on your ass. They will harrass you and everyone around you. make sure not to panic people do stupid shit when they panic.
