Restricted licence for driving on prescription adderall ? you should of been able to get that one gone already? a dr's note worked when I got my dui and they claimed something other than

I know I will need an attorney for this. Another question I have is will these charges show on my public record, like the court websites? I do not want anyone to stuble upon it. I have saught online legal advice about this. I'm just really scared at this point. Thank you.

People who do not have a high level of street smarts or are not VERY cleaver/cunning should not do criminal acts....Do you fit in? You can fight this and You can get a public defender if you are broke. Which it seems you are. You should not expect much from a court appointed lawyer though.Perry Mason is not a public defender.You will have a criminal record,unless you can defeat the charges and it will be open to anyone who inquires. Another mistep and you will prob. do time.If you don't go straight at least you will come out a better criminal and won't get caught as often.

No my license is restricted due to reckless driving - I have a heavy foot, along with sticky fingers. The adderall charge I got was from a cop going through my bag and found my medicine.
