I don't get it? you say that you already have charges against you and that a further "INFRINGEMENT" shall we say, would lead to jail time, so what the fuck were you walking around outside with a pipe in your pocket for? can't you just keep your pipe at home? if for some reason you were to find yourself somewhere with a buddy who had some weed you could just use an empty soda can as a pipe and throw it away when you were done! You would get just as high and wouldn't be facing jail time. I don't want to sound too harsh but jesus ! a little common sense and some caution people please.

A bro the charges were drop and yea i was walking over to a buddies house at the time so that is why i had a pipe in my pocket.

Great, I'm glad they saw sense and dropped the charges, still next time you should leave the pipe at home and tell your buddy to invest in a pipe so when he has mates over they don't need to take anything over with them, in fact buy him one for his B'day. Really glad you were let off though, remember however they now have you in their sights again so EXTRA precautions required, keep one step ahead of the pigs my friend. I know it is a pain in the arse not being able to do something as simple as going over to a buddies with a pipe to chill for a while but thats the crazy world we live in, the law is fucked! This is very weird and doesnt make much sense.First if your on probabtion/parole your retarde to carry a pipe hell even if your not on papers what idiot cares a pipe or bong o them?? Thats why the make rolling papers for when your not at home. Next you said you got a charge for it so thats an auto revocation or parole or probation and you have to go to lock up til case is solved or dismissed.Next you tried to fake a PO piss test and failed.Thats 2 new charges and auto jail time with revokion of parol/ or probate.Been on papers and all my peoples are on papers or in prison.Seen this type of incident and even if the charges were dropped you should be in jail if you were on papers for the 2 charges for the pee test..Something aint right here

Well yes of course i made the wrong choice of having it in the first place but i paid the price i under stand by taking it over to my cousins house was fucking retarded and now i look back it really looks retarded, but what i am saying is that i paid a $250 dollar bond foreclosed. that means i am realy not, guilt or not guilty it is just there on my record for a years time and after that i can get it ex sponged. it does not hurt my suspension, i only realy have to take drug tests once a month. i just got back from my PO and passed a drug test, by running drinking only water and running only 4 times a week and working out and i passed....so now i am high again. i only plan on smoking once a month now but thats okay at lest i can smoke haha. i ended up paying 1000 because $750 went to my lawyer. but fuck it at least am off the hook.

If you're on probation or parole missing a drug test is going to get you 5 days minimum or revocation..

I pissed hot 1 time, they recommended 5 days, then I got another charge so me and my PO kinda agreed on revoking it. Did 30 days
