Drug Test + Medical Questions.

So in the next couple of weeks i have to go for a medical and drug test, the medical will involve a ball cupping from the doctor as well as a chest check, this essentially means that i will have too take all my clothes off at some point, obviously this means i won't be able to hide urine by strapping to balls/leg etc.
Does anyone have any thoughts on where i could hide some that would be discrete yet easy to access?, my first thought was pinned onto the inside of a large jumper.
As a point of note, i did stop smoking a few weeks ago, however i have smoked a lot for the last 15 years, so i suspect i won't be clean for a while yet.

You could hide a ziploc baggie wrapped in duct tape up your ass.

When I had court ordered piss tests, I smoked 3 days before my test, and started taking a shit ton of cranberry extract pills a 3 days before the test...like 10 a day, and I drank a couple gallons of water a day...Pissed clean both times, not even a trace.
