first of all, it's not your car, and secondly it wasn't in your possession, i don't see how they can pin it on you and not one of the other two people in the car??
i think a good lawyer will get this thrown out no problem really.. it was never in your possession, and it wasn't your car, i don't see how they can pin it on you and get away with it...
i'm far from a lawyer though, but that's the way i see it..

for sure man ur right if it were to go to a court it wasn't in Ur possession and there were other ppl there y did they d side to bring u in did u talk shit to them or something ?

Bc I was closest to it
