Can I cross state lines into California and get a doctor's recommend, and buy medical mj from a legal dispensary? OR do I have to be a citizen of California?

Please don't try to answer this unless you have the definitive legal answer. I don't need to be told to see a lawyer either. Thank you.

Yeah exactly...As long as the cops can't prove it, it's not illegal. Getting a Cali DL and MMJ card wouldn't be too hard, if you got someone there to help you out. Set up a fake residence and such. You would then be legal until you crossed the Cali border.

I'm in California but want to move to the border so I can attract patients into my dispensary that are not California citizens. Thanks everyone for your contributions.
