I was wondering if anybody knew if south carolina will ever decriminalize medical Mj if so please let me know I am tired of FN hiding in this hole(lol). Yea whoever knows please reply.

I can honsetly say that I have never seen a bill, a proposition, a memorandum or anything otherwise even presented in South Carolina. This is the bible belt. They just legalized strip clubs and tattoo parlors in the last 10 years or so. I highly doubt that you will ever see it happen.

you'd be surprised what the states will do for money. But nah i dont think south carolina will ever become a mmj state. But hell thats what they said about georgia an we have one on the ballot. It'll never be passed but its there

Get out and plant some beans! Cannabis will over grow other wild species in parts of South Carolina. Good place to toss bag seeds!

I lived in SC for 16 years...

There was a bill introduced in SC a couple of years ago for medical marijuana. Had the sponsor not died it may have made it out of committee There is also a petition from "South Carolina Medical marijuana Initiative"here are links about both. Hope it comes soon.

hell.. NC and GA have bills up.. if u live here.. u know sc is last in line for anything whether it helps people or not. i mean like stated above.. tattoos were illegal up until 5 years or so. alot of places in sc still cant buy alcohol on sundays WTF! but cant smoke in resturants and bars.. if you are a tobacco smoker u kno if your in a bar u gon want a cig sc sucks ass. we will not legalize anytime soon.. even if nc and ga pass.. we wont

Every state will have med marijuana, eventually, a bet its completely decriminalized within 20yrs.

i would bet against it .. texas might get it before sc

dude......if you lived in SC for 16 years then you should know that nothing will fuck with that kudzu!! don't know how well weed would grow in that red dirt either!

the kudzu would grow up and over . and we do have that red clay.. but we also have the mountans and the coast. regardless it wouldnt make a difference. i've only got two headshops where im at and only one has stuff worth buying. our situation sucks the people out here are so tight about the shit.
