Raided and not charged over 6 months later?

Sounds to me like ur buddy flipped then u said they called I would say call in and check for warrants. If none stop hangin with buddy cause he's narcin

lol, i remember when they tried to do that with me, (get me to rat that is). it was so funny, they caught me with 1 bowl and my piece(they later decided not to press charges since when the detective asked me if he searched if he would find anything or some bs, they approached me and had me come down to the station(while the other cops asked my dad if he could search the house,but they didnt find nothing else) so i thought i was under arrest if i would of known better i would of said no and not consented(i was younger and less informed on my rights) is why i told him about them. i asked them what it was all about down at the station and the guy said they had reports i was some big ass dealer selling bud by the qp and pain pills by some lil snitches. funny thing is though that it couldnt be farther from the truth, but it was fun leading the cops on and giving a bunch of fake names and details on people who dont even really exist. they ate that shit up so happily and eagerly, some of the shit was just so outrageous i dont know how they didnt realize i was fucking with them lol

And I knew he held his tongue the entire time. He is already out until his court date at least. I had to go bail him out this afternoon.

Oh and when they came to pick him up they came into the house and then my friend said his shoes were in his roommates room and the cop went to get them and saw a bowl in his room so they searched his room and found some shrooms so they arrested him too. And they brought a drug dog in but it didn't find his bong, bowl, or weed. They also checked the fridge and found mushroom chocolates but the mushrooms were so ground up they couldn't figure out what they were and threw them away (they even broke some apart on the counter to figure out what they were). They also pulled a piece of weed fudge out of the fridge and then put it back. Finally the left all the blunt wraps, rolling papers, and my friends weeds seeds...

Even the bondsman of course said all of that was a completely illegal search and seizure so hopefully my other friend that I also had to bailout that had shrooms, bowl and weed should be fine

Well my friend who was busted dealing was charged with:

Felony Possession of marijuana
Felony Possession with intent to distribute.
Misdemeanor Paraphernalia

Originally he was told he would also be charged with Felony maintaining a dwelling for distributing drugs but they dropped that (cause he maintained a dwelling to live in that he just happened to sell drugs out of...) And he had like 25 pieces of glass but they only charged him with one count of paraphernalia because it was just to much paperwork to fill out 25 misdemeanors

My other friend today was charged with:

Misdemeanor paraphernalia
misdemeanor possession
Felony possession of mushrooms (whatever the legal term for that is)

ouch,is he gonna fight it or ask for a plea or ???
