I am on Probation for felony theft in CA . i get random UA's and have to meet with my probation officer every month. i have had my MMJ card before my conviction and still have it. i have a court date this friday to ask for permission to medicate on probation. my lawyer seems to think i have a good chance. if anyone has had the same situation or just knows law, please tell me my chances on getting it approved. thank you. also i have other pill form prescriptions for my back pain, and i have been diagnosed with anxiety.
