So I don't usually smoke, but I smoked three times in 4 days, just like 2 bong hits each time(that's about all it takes for me, sad I know) I'm a fair amount overweight and may have the possibility of a drug test coming up. Any idea on how long it'll take for me to be clean? Not saying when it is because I want some real answers not just you'll be fine and your screwed comments. Thanks guys!!

I have seen people come through clean after just one week, but they were not consistent users. My friend passed after about 10 bong loads over 2 days. We were both pretty freaked, but the results were clean regardless. He did flush with cranberry juice for a few days prior to giving his sample.

I have tested clean after three weeks using the home tests during periods of fairly regular use (a small bong load a day in the evening before bed). I carry a few extra pounds, but am pretty active. I tend to burn my fat reserves down and then rebuild them in a 30 day period. This may contribute.

My daughters (both very lean) have tested clean in 3 weeks as well (high school sports required testing) after heavy use. They told me they only used occasionally, but I am not blind. They were high every day when they got home from school.

These are really my only experiences with piss tests. Of course, YMMV in your experience with them. Good luck in any case, but I would think you should be good in 30 days or so.

Yes, like the previous poster said, the norm is around 21 days, usually 3-4 weeks for an average sized, to medium build.

I would suggest you start flushing and doing your cleanse regularly from here on out. I really don't think it should be a problem, Two to three weeks should suffice... just my opinion.

Thanks, before these few days that I smoked, I hadn't smoked in years, so I'm hoping maybe it'd take a little bit to build up enough THC in my system to register on the test. Your friend that passed in a week definitely smoked a lot more than I dis.

I really think that is requires some loading before you have a real issue. Keep your metabolism up and keep flushing with good fluids with antioxidants. This tends to break toxins loose from fat so it can be expelled. Really light use just does not seem like enough to load your system.
