Did she ask you over the phone, or via email? When your ex makes requests like that, if you don't have a physical record of it, make sure you write down the date and time of the call, the subject, and the number called from.

You may never need it. But if she gets cranky about something one day and decides to put a hurting on you for some minor issue, you may have a piece of information that will give your lawyer useful defensive information.

They are old enough to decide... I would push that issue and be working my ass off to get things in order.

thats true i belive at least the 9 yr old is able to decide on there own... my lil sis was 10 and the court let her choose...

if they could choose do u think that they would want to stay with u or her

my 9 y/o says she likes it how it is and dosent want visition to change, the kids counsler said the're going to hat there mom when they get old enough and can already see the games she's playing with them, i don't want to be the ass that took them from there mom i'll let her play her games and try to keep the kids out of it
