I was recently put on probation for possession. My first visit I told them that I smoked within 2 weeks of the meeting and they let me sign paperwork for voluntarily admitting I smoked. Now my second meeting with the PO came and I haven't taken a hit since my first meeting(2 weeks ago). I go and see my PO and everything is good and testing doesn't even come up, I schedule my next appt and leave, no test taken. I then smoke that day only to find out later, from a friend, that they can call me and schedule a test and I'm kind of worried. I am going on a trip for a month, in about 3 weeks, that they know about(only reason I smoked) and was wondering if they'd test me in the next day or if they're just waiting til I get back, so I won't have a trace of THC in me. During the meeting there was no mention of testing and they said that the next time I'd see the PO is the next appt date. Am I just going crazy, or should I be worried? Thanks in advance.

u never know po's are very radom when it comes to ua's. since you pissed dirty already he might try to catch you slippin just stay clean or get your card

johndoe is right on the money .your po might want you to get comfortable with the whole situation and then just out of the blue piss test ya. Remember probation isnt there to help you they want your money and everytime you violate u go to jail which cost money to get out then u get more probation which cost more money. I dont know if its true but drink creatine shakes for working out ive heard test come up inconclusive and u can always tell po that you wokout unless ur a fat slob they might believe ya

I smoked because I have a broken back and didnt want to take painkillers. That's the purpose of my trip, going to a back clinic. so working out wouldn't seem plausible for me.

another question is that on my probation papers it just says "urine screenings" and nothing about random. I don't think it matters but, doesnt hurt to ask if there is no "random" in front, does that mean no rando's or....

your PO doesnt have to be there when you get a piss test. they can call you up and tell you that you have until this time to get the test done. I have always used "Royal Stat Flush" (in liquid form, havent tried the pills) and have passed my federal DOT piss tests evey time. Just take it 2 hours before your test and drink the recommended amount of water. I have taken too many piss tests to remember (job does "random" tests) and ive passed everytime. The bottle says not to smoke for 2 days prior, but ive only followed that part of the instructions a few times, and no problems.

I'm so eager to blaze. Is there a set amount of days past the appt. with my po that should sort of be good? What id something is up and has to go out of the office a bit early and won't be back til I leave?

wow...you have to realize your on probabtion. some of your freedoms arent free anymore. if you really want to smoke then you need to be a skinny guy who drinks ALOT of water all day, every day. If i was paranoid about UA i wouldnt be smoking, but i know what my track record is with UAs and i dont sweat it. you on the other hand are sounding like a junkie. if you are a skinny person, and i do mean skinny, then you should be fine, if your heavy set or have some extra fat then dont risk it, besides sounds like youd freak yourself out anyway.
