I've sent cuttings to folks a number of times...always safe, always made it safe...never a problem....

So I'm doing it again, everything smooth, lady has the package, I look in my wallet and have no cash Coulda swore I had money

I shoulda asked for the package and
got outta there and gone to another PO w/ money

But I debit'ed it

Was guaranteed to make it today, and it's not there...

At what point do I clean up shop?

How fucked would I be?

i'd say the fact you got an open thread about sending may lead to more probs if they do catch on...a buddy of mine was just raided on 7 counts of cannibis threw the mail.....feds raided him an took computers,cell phones...the works...if your really concerned clean up threads like these too.....az

Trying to stay calm and put into perspective...

chance its just running late, still relatively good!

Being that I've read of people getting seeds intercepted and have gotten the envelope with some colored sticker on it ...with no search or harm to the receiver....and they toss the seeds and let it go...there's that chance that would happen with this package......find cuttings and just toss it...

The state I sent it into has no specific "importation law" to try to extradite me....

What I've read of the FED's (ala post office) is that they tend to go after bigger folks, dispensary distributors, and folks caught growing big on public land...big plant numbers...none of that is me....

So they'd have to intercept it, either the feds choose to care and try to bust the sender (who'd even think that anyone would be dumb enough to debit it??? ) or the feds choose to tell the state authorities to look into it? ...

There seems to be various levels of care, communication, and investigation necessary...not tough stuff, but stuff that the feds hopefully don't care to bother with....

You sent it regular mail??? Use UPS, its not owned by the Feds.

I hope you learned your lesson's. Mailing any weed through the mail is a federal offence. Linking your banking information was a bonehead move. Using UPS is only marginally safer. If your package crosses a state line you are back into federal jurisdiction and have no protection under state laws. Your buddy better clone the shit out of what you sent him because I wouldn't send any more through the mail if I were you.
