This sucks because the feds can still bust you legal in your state or not

they can... it's still illegal under federal law. a fed can arrest you and put you in jail....

Forget the Feds - yes they can bust you but I doubt they will because their resources are limited.

But, I would like to hear about local law enforcement not honoring the law.

If you stay within your states marijuana laws and you provide your medicine for your self and your patients only you will have no problems with law enforcement. If you do contact your lawyer and everything will be resolved, marijuana is moving in another direction fast. There are real benefits from this plant and it is being recognized. This thread is dead because people arent getting busted if they are legally abiding by their states laws.
