Ok so i go to court in two days and i just read that i face 90 days in jail for giving false ID to an officer....

I dont know if it will help but i was also caught drinking in public, ticketed for this aswell.... Which is what made me feel i could pull it off... I feel a sinking feeling.... FUCK.

What do you think?

The only problem is that i was charged with Petty Theft, but it was well after this.....

I do have warrants for small shit in other towns, but that didnt come up when i went to court over PT so it shallnt now id imagine....

So What am i facing a fine then? Cause man Jail is BS.

Yeah, i spent some time in the cage for that petty theft deal, and beleive me, i respect law much more. Jail is no joke. I personally dont think my record is to bad. My petty theft charge was dealth with about a month ago. I was drinking in public and gave fase info. to a Dickhole Cop dick well before this, so i have no priors to This incident. When i was in court for the petty theft, they didnt bring up any of the warrants in the other towns so that cant be a factor...

But yeah i know, this is some lame shit. I was drunk and i actually had another ID, but i was off by two days on the birth date... So it had something to it.... But yeah man, i was drunk and really thought id smooth my way out of it. Pshh.

I think that might be my argument, that i was slightly intoxicated... idk, i have to talk to a Public defender.

Definately get a lawyer man. Hopefully he's worth a shit and helps you out. Those are all minor charges and the jails are overcrowded but be careful. 3 strikes and your out in cali right? At least it was like that when I lived there.
