I gave the bill C-15 a read and from what I can understand from what is written in there is that If you TRAFFIC marijuana your in s&%t. If you grow marijuana to TRAFFIC your in s&%T. They set out how many plants to what level of punishment..the more you grow to TRAFFIC the more your punished. Can someone please read and see if I am interpreting this right or not. Still looking for a Canada marijuana laws for dummies somewhere.

So my question is..If someone gets caught growing 2 plants for personal consumption what might happen? Fine maybe? or would it be not having to pay taxes, roof over head, and 3 square meals a day for a while? Wish they made a Bill C-15 for dummies for a guy like me who is not up on there lingo.

I do not want to buy marijuana from anyone. I was contemplating growing 1 or 2 plants for my own personal use. just trying to clarify how much is too much.

If your growing they are most likely going to say its for trafficking. It really depends on if they try to prosecute you as personal or trafficking. Theres also laws for hash making and other stupid shit coming outta this bill....

Well the bill may still be getting passed, but atleast the torys days are hopefully numbered now. Election this fall... Lets get harper the fuck out

If it doesn't get passed before the election, and the Liberals take it then the bill is done.. Even though the Liberals supported it they won't reintroduce it..

i hope this shit doesn't get passed man, i cant handle america style laws here in lovely lovely ludwig van Ontario. i think the conservatives time is donesky, lets bring the next buttheads in, hopefully they are a little more liberal.
