So earlier today my brother let our land lord into our place so he could measure some windows to fix. My brother (being caught off guard) didn't have time to hide a few pipes/bongs and there was a few high times sitting around also. He was even smoking a blunt right before the landlord arrived. Here's the kicker.......he might have also seen my grow room door open. But from where he was standing, the only thing he could have seen is a few jugs of water, a CFL light reflector not being used at he moment, a fan, and maybe a bag of soil. Now there's no way too be sure if he even saw any of it, but if he did, should I be worried that anything could happen based off of what he saw and could say? Any opinions or advice would be welcome. No he would have said something right there...I wouldnt worry about it, but i would tell the landlord to give you notice before stopping over.

Yea, thats the main thing that pissed me off. He usually does call before stopping by. But couln't he not say something then and wait to tell the pigs or something?

Man, of course he could be doing ANYTHING.. Be as paranoid as you think needed. Sometimes you take risks and are lucky, sometmes not. Do what you can to tip the scales in your favor always, or don't be surprised with anything that happens. Better safe, than sorry. Your call in the end.

Thanks for the tips........but my main question is is what he saw enough for him or the cops to do anything? I know he could be telling them anything, but is his word enough to "warrant" any suspicion? Or should I not be worried because its just his word. I'm trying not to be paranoid, just wondering if anything could go down based off of his word.

Dude if he thinks he saw something he has the right to talk to the cops being the Landlord of the property the cops would take him seriously and would be obliged by law to visit you or at least watch you to see what kind of scale you are at. If its just a small personal grow keep it. If its a commercial grow, wel its your call but I would stop straight away. You must way it up for yourself.
