hey guys well my mom has cancer and im growing 3 plants in my vegetable garden .if im caught can i get in trouble? i mean its only 3 plants for personal and medical use.im not selling any of it.your post will be greatly appreciatied

if your mom doesnt have a medical MJ card, well since you are growing it, do you have a card? if not then yes you can get in trouble. how much trouble depends on where you live and how much you spend for a lawyer. but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. you know.

my state only gives a civil $100 ticket for poss or GROWING under 100grams, but im still not clear on the per plant issue, but yet other states like IL, 3.5 grams or less is a FELONY.

Depends on what state. In Washington you can designate a providor to grow for you, but you need a card. If you live in a state where its legal for mmj make sure you get mom a card. And prayers for your mom on a quick recovery.

She doesn't actually need a "card". She just needs to go to the doctor and have him sign a paper that states that she would benefit from mmj. Then, she just has to write and sign a piece of paper that states that you are her primary caregiver and that she gives you permission to handle her mmj. Then, you have a valid defence in court, especially for just 3 plants.
