I live in Cali, have a medi card.

I got 4 clones and started 5 plants from seed back in may. So a total of 9 plants. I thought out of the seeds I would have a few male...some die..Nope It seems like Im having beginners luck and all seed are females and all 9 plants alive and well. In Cali where I live I can have 6 mature plants Im just wondering If by having the 3 xtra, am I going to get busted if Im checked on? If I need to pull it will be a hard choice.( it is a good problem to have )

Depends on what County your living in to whether your breaking the law. Most Counties are 6 mature plants or 12 immature. Or some combination. I wouldn't real worry about it. I think local P.D. has better things to do then harass someone who has 1-2 plants over the limit. You are breaking Federal Law regardless, I know no one cares. Ya I think Ill be fine, they are in the back and one has gotten...err...bigger than I thought (5'5") and counting. I need to pull it down a little cause its peeking over the fence..and shes starting to stank. Im just wondering if I get that nosy neighbor and they call and the police. I had a friend say they will make me pull the extras and I get a small fine, but I just wanted to be sure
What is the defination of a immature plant? non buding?

Hi dhhbomb,

So if they peeked in on you and you had a few too many do you think they would just rip out the extras and a slap on the wrist? I was told as long as I dont get greedy and keep it whith in a few it shouldnt matter but I just want to make sure so I dont screw the golden fleace, or cook the goose that lays the golden egg.

if u don't have an outdoor law in ur county they would pull them all, get urself a light brotha (after these finish of course)

no i dont think they would pull any of them if they do i will c them in court
ca supieror court ruled that sb420 is unconstisional being it cannot limit the amount of medicine i need to grow for my condition
so if u have a recomendation but not the card legally those limits shouldnt count towrd you as u are just going by prop 215 of course law enforcement is stupid so even if u tell them this and show them coppies of court ruling they still might take the extras or all of the plants u never know but i dont worry about it i grow indoors and tell no one and if the cops come i dont open the door unless they have a warrent

Well I have a Card so Im a legle beagle.
I havent had any probs, but now that the season is turning they are getting smelly so I just wanted to know what yall though. It seems to me they would if anything just make me pull the extras.They are all so purdy and unique. 5 diffrent strains, but one strain GDP is going crazy big and I have 4 of em ...It would make for a tought..sad choice.

id hide a few extras in the woods if you were still worried, but then some punk assed biotch might steal me. pluss it would be hard to walk into the woods with 3 5ft flowering ladies....
