It is getting smelly and I was thinking of making a compost pile by the fence. I doubt the compost will stink but maybe neutralize the smell? I dont know but thanks all for the input.

I think what they mean is a plant that's in veg or clones. It would make sense to that the plant is mature when you kick it into flowering. I'd be care outside though. Someone might think that's the tip of an iceberg.
