What are the current laws against growing marijuana in Toronto, Ontario for personal use, say 1-5 plants?

I've done a google search but can't find anything recent.

its all up in the air right now you might just get a fine or have it kick out of the courts but there trying to pass a law its BILL C-15 a scary dangerous bill that would put you away for a year or more no question asked email your pm check out the NORMAL website they have a simple fill in the blanks and send away email
