So if u were 2 be pulled over by a cop with any kind of glass paraphernalia(bongs. hookahs. pipes.etc) if it was clean as in nothing was ever used in it would in b legal? Would u get in trouble 4 even having it?

that is unless u have bud,then they can consider it parrephenalia.but if u just got a clean pipe u should be good.if ur worried just bring pipe tobacco and say u just bought the pipe with the tobacco.
