i dont touch anything but clean glass i just put watever pipe im cleaning in a freezer bag with alcohol and sea salt shake it around take it out rinse and its resin free.

lab tests... its pretty lame to bring a little piece of resin to the lab for testing, but the cops would do it if you kept insisting it was a tobacco pipe

ya gotta check ur state laws some states only a 1 or 2 can charge u with a brand new clean pipe

Yes, they are legal as already stated many times.


But think about it this way....if you had all the makings of a pipe bomb laying in the passenger seat (legal things, like the metal pipe, end caps, a fuse, some gun powder, etc), and the cop sees these items. Even though it's legal to possess those items, how much shit do you think that cops is going to give you before he lets you go? Probably alot until you either confess, or he gets tired of fucking with you. Same with a bong, they are going to want to see it, ask a million questions, shit some even start in acting like they are pro-marijuana, and if you open your mouth, they will screw you.


Travel sober (always), and never have anything on your when you go to get new glass. Nothing would suck more than to drop a couple hundred bucks on some new glass, only to have it taken just because your dumbass left a roach in the ash tray.

Cops have field test kits that can determine if the resin is from weed.

If the pipe has been properly cleaned(no resin) there is nothing to test. It's as good as new.

yeah carring glass is dumb leave it at home i never carry more than i can smoke unless im picking it up joints are the way to go because all you need is a lighter you can throw the roaches out the window (consider it an offering back to the earth) as it is stupid to keep stinky roaces in your ride and if you get pulled over swallow it and enjoy the buzz
