I was a victim, of what is wrong in this country today. A task force came after me on what they called a MJ Hoiday or 4-20. I got a green card soon after and did not let the state appointed lawyer represent me!!! Do Not let the state do shit for you. I would of been a felon and behind bars. The right Medicinal MJ lawyer, who should be easily found in any major city, can really make the difference. My case went from a Felony charge, down to a misdemeanor. They still wanted 90 days for the Dropped charge, the judge suspended 89 of the days and accepted time served(26 hrs). They asked for $1000.00 fine and the judge also suspended $900.00 of it, leaving me a $100.00 fine. But, the lawyer did cost $5000.00 big ones, and again well worth it, as I still have my american rights. WooHoo, It's a good damn thing that I be living in the WestCoast and not some other Square ass state.

Yah, let me tell you about the situation. The state run task force rolls up in 3 Suv's, obviously tinted out, nice ass rims accompanyed with a dodge charger lowered(red). Looking like a California Biker Gang, they represented themselves well (4 deep), with many different personalities. The cool chick(half asian), The short stubby deal Closer with the bald head and a goat-tee. The taller oldest man, with handle-bar mustache and leather vest(the cool guy). Oh and the young 6'2 buff athletic young dude in street clothes. This is about the time the Deal closer approaches me and asks immediately for my signature on a consent form to just go in the house and get the plants that they already believe are in the room. The dude was promising me that If I was to cooperate with them, that I would probably get something in the mail and some probation to fallow. Remember: COPS Can NOT give legal Advice. So don't ask for it, and don't believe anything that they are telling you. I resisted the form and all of a sudden the freindliness dissapeared and the ass-hole came out of two of the COPS. I then told them to quite pressuring me into something I'm not sure of. So, I phoned a Lawyer on my cell phone. That guy said, not to sign anything. The Cops then said that I have nullified my chance to consent or make there job easier, because I said that I was being pressured. It took them about an hour to print out a search warrant issued over the phone verbally by a judge. LOL BULLSHIT! That's about the time the county sheriiff pulled up and arrested my ass. The task force took this computer that I'm typing on, a 22 rifle, grow books/magazines, record keeping, reciepts, 400 W Lamp and ballast, PH/PPM Meters, 90 W UFO LED Lamp.

Man I had no scale, that was found... but, they did take a-lot of baggy's. The charge was Manufacturing an illegal substance MJ... That's it! Not Distributing. I had no Cash and No Dry Weight. They flipped my room upside down. Just 3 mature Plants about a month from Crop. and about 13 starters (3inches tall).
Record Lowest amount of plants ever... Right? That's what my lawyer said!

Worst part about all this!
1. Booked and Jailed for 1st time/charged as a felon, $40,000 bail.
2. Lost my cake ass, recent new Job as a Recreation Director at a Boys and Girls club. Damn, Informant sent an anonymous letter to the association office!
3. Evicted with a 3 day notice from the house I was renting at.
4. Had to give my 3 yr old Bull Terrier, to a dog rescue. Vet bills happened.
5. 95 VW Passat went boom! overheated on me.
6. Just found out last week that I'm having some surgery on a rht Kidney. It's clogged? and I thought I was pretty young. Under 30!

However on a positive note, I did get all my grow gear back from the POLICE. My lawyer was able to work that into the fine writing. I even got my smoking utensils back. One of my pieces or a water pipe costed my ass over $250.00 buckaroos.

It did come out ok. Sure could have been a whole lot worst. Now, I just need to get a super J.O.B. and buy a house and then grow my little ass off. Me and my girl both now posses green cards. So, I'm pretty sure we can grow double the amount within the same household. that would be killer, and then I could try and produce some super smacked up wacked up Hasish..... ahhhhh...... Motivation right?

Somebody's Mother was watching online banking accounts. A fucin sneaky ass Spy Biatch. Thought this was the best way to go about getting me out of her daughter's life.

Wow, and Now I am forced to live with the person who's family coordinated with the underground task force to make some fucin money or to save there asses from getting there own felony.

In Today's Economy, $2500.00 bucks is awarded to those that convict others of MJ Grow Busts. Or Felony Charges!

There's something wrong with a system that rewards people for turning in other people. Sounds like the old style Russian secret police. Is this what our great nation has come too? The war on drugs and the over hyped war on terror has to stop. How much more loss of rights for "security" can we take before we are no better than a dictatorship? I think I would take the possibility of getting blown up by terrorists over the inevitability of a police state if things don't change..
