Okay, just a hypothetical situation here because I'm a little curious...

Let's say someone has some cannabis seedlings in veg, a few weeks old. These plants don't contain any THC, right? So, if that person were to get busted and the plants tested for THC content, the test would show no THC and the person would be free and clear?

Or do even immature plants contain some measure of THC right from the start?

yea they do usually u cant see it but on seedling u can see resin starting to form all depends on gentics

the seedlings hold thc and its not just the thc its the cultivation of this holy herb that they say is illegal

That's not entirely accurate. Where I live, if you're arrested for possessing cannabis you have the option of having the confiscated herb sent off to a lab to test for THC. If there isn't any, then the only thing they can charge you with is possessing a "lookalike substance". There was a case a few years back involving a couple who sold goods made from hemp (shirts, bags, hats, etc). Because there is no difference between hemp and marijuana for smoking as far as the law is concerned, this couple was arrested for possessing and distributing a controlled substance. Laboratory tests were unable to find any THC in the hemp garments, and the charges were subsequently dropped.

This is the reason I'm wondering about the THC content of very young seedlings.

A few of my seedlings have a very light frosting on the leaves that's barely visible unless you're in just the right light. Are these THC containing trichomes?

i would say so,,,since thc is the plants "sunscreen"/moistre barrier and seedlings are more affected by its enviorment
