Hey Artful Dodgers, a friend is moving to cali and bringing used equipment along. We've seen the DEA doing checkpoints and don't know how to find out more on the net in terms of where they've been, where they like to set up, etc. This person is going to travel from east kentucky, so, it's a long trek. any pointers?

If the equipment is clean and acohol rinsed and no buds on board other than what could be quickly eaten, I'd still wonder what the DEA would do if they found the shit. Of course the explanation would be the stuff is used for veggies... The van will have a lot of stuff as they are moving to cali, what comments do you have on this?

As long as you don't have any weed, they can't do shit. Tell them you grow orchids. If they see the equiptment, it might make them look harder, but as long as you don't have anything on you, your good to go.
