Default Cali medical patient , what happens if busted ?

I want to start a medical grow of no more than 12 plants just outside of San Francisco . My wife thinks if we get busted they will take our child . Where can I prove to her that is not the case ? Thanx for the help .

Show your medical card to her. Explain the laws and everything. Be honest.

U have many responsibiliteis your little idren are most important,,,if u have a friend that also have a card u can grow on there behalf as a caretaker of sum sort....hope iman helped

Man, it's not worth it to do it at your home with your wife and child there. I wish you luck regardless. But take it from me, you do not want your family being held at gun point by anybody, whether it be the police or criminals. This plant that we all love for some reason brings out the worst in people, greed, envy and plain dishonesty. Im not trying to scare you but if you read some of my other post about my home being raided and the amount of money, time and stress you might agree to just go off-site with the grow. Good Luck!!!

I will add that growing in San Fran or up north versus growing down south especially Long Beach really makes a difference. Nor cal is a lot more liberal than down here right next door to Orange County, Republican, conservative strong hold!

OK , thanx guys . Never really got my questions answered , but have decided to just keep my growing off my home property . Then I don't really care because SFPD ain't kicking a door down for 30 plants , IMO .Thanx to all who answered .
