Default Courts will not hear arguments against MC -

Just read the news. Neither SCOTUS or California Supreme Court will take San Diego County's arguments against Medical Cannabis. Good and bad news. Good in that the courts declined to listen, bad in that the issue will be allowed go without resolution...essentially leaving it in question.
