UK. Caught Once, what will happen if I get caught again?

5 years ago I was busted in the UK with 3 plants. My brother let the police in as they were looking for me for assault charge and followed their noses to the plants.

Anyway, I got off with a fine. I told them I was growing as an experiment as the seed packets said male and I had no intention of growing to get buds, all for personal research.

They took the bait.

But this time I am setting up a bigger setup. Possibly up to 30 plants in the next 6 months. If I was caught again would it be an instant sentence due to my recent charge?

I'm careful nowerdays. Live on my own, don't speak to anyone about it, so there is little chance I'd be caught. But if I was, should I expect a harsh sentence?

30 plants is a lot, so youd be counted as a factory to sell, basically, theyd hammer you as a dealer.
would the sentence be harsh, well, minimum time for a dealer is 12 years...so, id say yes they would hammer you.

just make sure you dont let them near your house 30 plants will stink,go lower than that so its personal,remember never ever let them in until they get a warrant.If you keep it quiet it should be fine but 30 plants could really stink the place out,neighbours?Thats what fucked my mate.good luck!

I've heard up to 5 plants and you get a slap on the wrist...more than that and its serious - try topping and LST-ing and just grow 2-3 bushes (actually...with LST and topping WOULD they still call that 3 plants or...?) Thats an interesting one...

your joking right? the amount of tops a plant has does not affect plant count. maybe in the SIMS though

was it just a fine? or a suspended sentance, conditional discharge or community service? that can make a diference

theres a few things they'll be looking for

if your working
how high tech your set up is (they dont like hydro)
if your growing for profit or percy

i'd say if you can argue that its just for you then you'd probably be looking at community service (but 30 plants can be hard to argue)

i posted in another thread about a school caretaker in the uk who was growing 30+ plants in hydro in the fucking school basement DURING term time and he only got 120 hours community service with a 12 week prison sentence suspended for a year

i think its getting harder to get locked up for it as long as your smart
