So I'm thinking of getting a 2 bedroom apt. One for my gf and I to live in and the other room for a grow room.

If anything bad would happen and got raided, could I take all the blame and she say she had no idea what was going on in the other room and be let off? Or since she was living there would she get in trouble too? What if we had separate leases for each room?

very true both would probably go down but if u took all the blame she would prob get off really light but if ur in a legal or decrimilzed state that would be best

you wud both get busted 100% guarantee....even if you said o ya she didnt know..they wud question here to the llimit and prolly catch her..if not a lie detector test wud be made..only way you wud get all the blame and ur gf off the leash is if she actually didnt know about it at all and u were hidin it from her

pretty sure she could plead negligence and get off with a small penalty if anything at all, also depending on state of course.

They would use her to get you to plead up to go easy on her. She would pay the fine and go home to mom.

I seriously doubt that anyone is gonna believe she didn't know what was in the other bedroom.

Okay,this I can ansewer with confidence as 8 years ago I got busted with what they called $250,000 worth and two guys were with me in the house when it happened.They both had prior weed convictions I had none.My lawyer worked so I took the charge and they walked.It's alot of bullshit but more than likely she'll get off any charges.Keep in mind I live in Canada. jerryclub1 is probably right.. Even if you had some nifty way to make it believable that she didn't know, like a tiny well engineered cab in a room she would have no interest/business in (like a work area), they could still charge her and use that as leverage against you.. Seeing as she's your gf, it would be tougher to believe you had enough privacy than if she was only a room-mate.. They know that, and so do you.. Thats what makes it pretty good leverage..
