    You need to live in a city that allows up to that many, then have enough medical patients to cover that ( i think it roughly 12 per patient)

    Humboldt county allows up to 99 plants and 3 lbs per person. Dont need 12 people to grow 99 plants there.....

    If you are a health services worker, get your cargiver card with the state. You get a free pass to grow 99....
