Unhappy ordered some seed from Euro never received, should i worry about it?

Hi, guys. i'm new here, but i have a problem:
i ordered 40 seeds from a european web and paid by my credit card. and include the disecret shipping option. mailling address is my house...
But it's about 60 days i never received anything. Is there any chance the custom found out and keep them seeds? should i be worried about this if they can get a warrant to search my house?
PS: this is the 2nd time i order from this site, first time 10 seeds arrived no problem.

Who did you order from? Customs is always a possibility, I guess, but as I understand it they send out a letter letting you know that contraband has been siezed. (No expert here...)
Myself? I'd contact the company and ask about it. The Attitude seed bank in the UK offers order tracking that I know, from experience, works. And next time I'd suggest buying a 'gift card' MC / Visa etc. and use that. Just one more step away... Good luck.
