I have been looking around but I can't find any helpful information. Then I figured RIU would have a law student or someone that could help me out.

My wife has a terminal illness, and she has made it clear in her will she does not want to go to any hospitals. She wants to die at home. If she does pass at home, what do I do? Will my house get searched or will they be respectful? What the process for this kind of thing? I live in the US if that matters at all. Any help would be most appreciated.

find a doc that makes house calls and have grow secure so then when she passes the corner wont have question when u explain they can talk with the doc and doc will know.. sorry to hear of your wife conditon for what its worth i would scape the grow and tend to her can always start over and ir u need bud u can buy it but only have limited time with your wife and after she passes do u want to deal with possible problems while morning sorry to hear about that again my grandmother just passed corner came got her body were no real question due to her condition with cancer

you need a warrant to get your house searched.

Secondly, as long as there is a documented case of medical history that clearly shows that your wife had a terminal illness and wished to die at home, police have no jurisdiction to search your house.

Unless of course they suspect homicide, suicide, or any other forced death. Then you have a problem.

Otherwise, you MAY have to have a physician visit your wife at least once in your home just to make things official. But in no way should anyone go around snooping in your house. If they do, kick them the fuck out. just keep your doors locked and you'll be fine.
