Default Oregon's Medical Marijuana

Ok I live in Oregon with a medical marijuana card and i was wondering cents i am living with my parents. Would or could they lose their house because i am growing? That is the thing that is stopping me right now. Parents wanted me to go to school and learn different stuff about growing and when i finally get the card they tell me that i cant grow.
So now what am i to do? Any help would the great full.

Do they own the house? You have a card, are a legal resident of the house, and have their permission, they wont lose shit. Plus, if somethin happened, they cud claim ignorance

How old are you? (Over 18 or over 21 may make a difference in the laws, as technically if you're under 21 they could still be guilty of at least contributing to the deliquiency of a minor or some stupid shit unless your medical reason is irrefutable.

Yeah, they cud try the hole contributing shit in many age related cases, but w/him having a card, that responsibility falls on the doctor now. Cant stand LEO always tryin to get back @ the bullies. You will be fine as long as the local and state police are concerned. State and local courts cant prosecute if your state law allows prescription. The problem is if somebody calls the feds (DEA). marijuana is completely illegal in all shapes and forms medicinal or not under Federal law. If DEA finds out about it they WILL raid your house (to raid a home for marijuana cultivation, the DEA has to show a judge a FLIR image showing excessive heat production at the home, or irregularly high power usage), determine if your parents knew about it, if they did, you lose the house under Federal forfeiture. The DEA has snitch reward programs that pays people to snitch you out to them. Its a big racket.

Default oregon med card

i live in Oregon. i went in about a months ago to the Doc, filled out all the paperwork, sent the application in to OMMP with the $100 by certified mail. All I got back was the certified mail receipt. how long does it take to get the actual card? Shouldn't I have it by now?
