But all is not lost for Charlie Lynch.....
On Monday Charles Lynch, 46, proprietor of the Central Coast Compassionate Caregivers medical
marijuana dispensary in Morro Bay, was due to be sentenced on federal charges of distributing
marijuana that could have brought a sentence of up to 100 years (!). (Since
it was a federal trial, no mention of California’s law of Lynch’s compliance with it was allowed.) But U.S.
District Court Judge George H. Wu postponed the sentencing and requested a clarification of the new rules regarding federal raids and prosecution of medical
marijuana patients and providers outlined by U.S. Attorney Gen. Eric Holder last week, who said the Obama administration wouldn’t be prosecuting such people unless a dispensary was clearly a front for illicit distributionOn Monday Charles Lynch, 46, proprietor of the Central Coast Compassionate Caregivers medical
