Ok, so this is the story (its short)

So my friend, was kicked out of his house last year and he was living on the street for like 2 months.
When he was living on the streets he had no money no food, nothing. so he started stealing things.....well one day someone came out to him gave him a credit card, and it was stolen. He used it and was busted for Identity theft and paraphernalia. He did 1 month in jail. He was released last month, he is going to be placed on probation if he doesnt get in any shit for 30 days. If he doesnt get the probation he will be sent back to jail.

so heres the thing last sunday night he was at a friends house and he needed a ride, he called some girl. she came with one of her friends, and he had weed....They got pulled over and the car was searched. they found the bud and now her friend (owner of the weed) and my buddy are being charged for it.

The judge said NO MORE SHIT! Is he going back to jail???

Who's car was it and where was the bud found? Exactly what was your buddy charged with? Posession?

Tell the guy he needs to get a lawyer, public defendent whatever.

Also tell him to get that girl to show up to court with him the day of his appearance and state that it was her weed and he did not even know that she had it!

Shit the girl is going to be charged for it anyway so she should at least try to help him out.

At least where I live they treat probation violations very seriously. I have done a couple of 90 day stints and it fucking sucks. Your friend HAS to get a Lawyer!!!

It was in the glove box and it was locked, cops told them if they dont open it he will break it open.

he has a lawyer and the girl isnt getting charged, her friend is. He told them it was his.
