does anyone out there know the law/penalty's for cultivating in the u.k?
like i know its illegal but how many plants is considered personal use and how many is commercial growing?

well its been reclassified to a class b so that is up to 5 years for possesion and like 15 for dealing, i would imagine if you had a couple of plants it would be seen as personal and prob get a caution im not to sure but ive seen a couple of busts around my area recently

im uk and got caught with 4 plants, some one jelous of the bud grassed me up, got a caution, thats it. so i stik to 4 plants,, now i just make sure my 4 plants are really big fuckers to make it all worth it and aim for 10oz on 4 plant, and that gives me 10 weeks ov smoke, better than spending 140 an oz per week for 10 weeks, it just saves me alot ov money every 3/4months and in england the stuff u grow is better than what you can buy

14 houses got raided at 5am 2days ago not far from me, all were 50+ plants so i dont think they are out there searching for people that grow 2/4 plants, im paranoid most ov the time any way
