I live in california.. If i were to have one small plant growing in my closet.. and they found out.. and i wasnt selling it by any means.. what would be the charges pressed against me . if any or would it just be fines?

i would agree, then grow what the law allows as it is the safest thing to do for 100.00 to 150.00 at most with a 80.00 renew charge, and can have up to 6 flower devloped plants plus clones anfd veg stage dont count, or included in the qty of. mature plants, see they thought of every thing, the gov. is prof. growers.......they know you need clones and veg getting ready for next flower..... but as always check with local laws in your neck of the wood...they very county to county..
