This doesn't look good. Especially the fact that his lawyers couldn't even mention the fact that the State of California permits medical use.

i wouldnt be to worried, yes it sucks for him and i pray he gets out soon and possibly pardoned or something but this is what the dea is going to do for a while this year. In the last 10 years 14 states have ratified med marijuana laws and this year another 12 have bills going into thier houses. this is just their way of trying to flex and hopefully the state will step in.

Yes but he got screwed because he was brought into federal court, which is something we're trying to change from being able to happen down here...
