ok i want to know exactly what would happen if caught growing 8 plants in florida... how would they get a warrant? what would happen legally step by step (i.e they come in and take me to jail then what)? i have roommates what happens to them? how much jail time am i looking at? how easy is it to get out of that jail time? honestly everything you can tell me i dont care how long it is i will read it

IF you get caught....This is a seizure state, meaning they can and will take anything you own....cars, houses, stocks, pretty much any asset you have they will take. This state is very intolerant of marijuana and they get major hard ons doing busts. Be careful, and tell no one about your grow.

It is like that here. I know when my stepson got in trouble down here they made it very clear they could take our homes, cars, and stocks. He was underage and we were the ones that were to be held responsible for his actions. It is scary, they just come and take....Florida laws are strict and they don't fuck around down here. I learned this first hand.
