the short and simple answer is, it depends. It depends on who you get caught by and what state you are in.

norml has a pretty good run down of the state by state penalties along with fed penalties (if they're the ones that bust you)

Exactly. Are you MM patient? No consequence if you follow the rules. But get caught selling your medicine? Diff story. Read norml's info.

All I got to say is that don't have scales and baggies were u grow then it becomes a fed offense, DONT GET CAUGHT!!!! That's ur Answer..haha
