Default NY 2 plants?

I dont understand the NORML website. In NY what penalty is there for 2 plants and say less than 8oz. Anyone know?

It looks to me like if you could prove personal use you would probably get charged with manufacture of greater than four ounces and its punishable by one to two and a half years in prison and a fine up to $5,000. But I'm not a lawyer. See if the NY NORML chapter has a msg board. Some of the chapters do and have lawyers in that state willing to answer questions.

Some nice gardens in NY. There was an article in HT a couple of years ago. Amazing what some you you guys can do in strange places.

WOW 1-2.5 years! I think perhaps I will switch my plants to flower early so I don't have more than 4oz at any given time in our house lol. That a long time to be locked up for personal use pot.
