I heard that people can get set up and arrested, so I'm not going to try to get weed in Jamaica, especially since i'm going with my dad lol. However, I want to bring weed there. I think I'm gonna put the bag in a condom and wear shorts under my jeans and put it in the inner pocket of those so I dont think it should smell, unless of course there are dogs. I know on the way back from Jamaica they check people well, but what about on the way TO jamaica? has anyone ever gone to jamaica? I'm going from new york. How is the security?

You're nuts, JFK, LGA, NEW all have high security for international flights. The best idea is to buy weed in Jamaica... people get set up and arrested all over the world but from my experience in Jamaica I have never came close to getting set up or busted, just go with what ya know though.

Dont take weed to the weed capitol. You might as well take some sand to for when you go to the beach. EVERYBODY there can get you weed. From the time you get off the plane up to the person that makes your bed. The folks at the hotel can always provide weed. Its a whole different smoke there. You have to try it and bring some back. Don't pack it on you. Wrap the shit up supper tight in plastic and stuff it in a shoe with dirty socks and shitty drawers in there. Im not saying bring back 10pounds as there are peolpe there that will hollow out statues and carvings and pack that shit with the Kali and they will ship it back and have it waiting on you FED EX baby! Just bring back a gram or two or three for me! LOL And please get seeds so that you can give to a grower od dispensary so that we can spread Jah Love all over the world!

You don't need to worry about getting busted, if you have a bit of common sense you'll be fine. Everyone sells weed down there, the security guards to the hotels to the guy at the front desk. Your biggest problem will be finding quality weed, don't be afraid to turn down some sacks. I turned down some shwagg and the guy came back with some really hi mids, finding weed is easy but finding quality weed takes a bit more work.
Ciggs are a couple bucks more expensive down there, so stock up in the states, if you smoke.

Just stay away from dealers on the beach, ask a cab driver or a bartender they always know where to get shit.

I read in other places that the people selling sea shells on the beach sell weed, but you just said not to ask those people. But I guess if its just one guy I can't get busted, can I?

Also its cheaper there, right?

Best idea is split from your dad while in Jamacia walk the beach till you find somebody selling it, it'll be easier to find then risk taking it.

That sea shell thing is bullshit in my experience, have you read any of the responses you can find weed anywhere on the island. And yes it is cheaper, they will try to sell you small sacks for a markup like $20 for 4 or 5 grams of ok stuff. The good stuff I ended up costing me 170 for 2 or so ounces. All you have to do is speak up if the quality or the price is too high and they'll step it up knowing you can just walk down the road and find another guy. And the jerk chicken stands are awesome, I lived off of that stuff while I was over there.
There is always a chance you can get arrested although it is highly unlikely, folks smoke J's walking down the street. Don't worry and use good judgement and you'll be fine.
