If you grew some weed and harvested and have no plants going but have your set up chillin with all the stuff but nothing in progress, would you get cultivation charges?

Also what if you had seeds in the same place, but different location.(i.e. in the closet with your bongs vs the closet with your grow set up)

In my state yes.I have a freind that was as a guy's house smoking a joint.The cops came in and busted them,they went and searched his house while he was being booked.They found flower pots in his house and charged him with cultivation.He had no lights or plants growing.
Another person that was there had brought a juint to smoke,he told the cops this,they busted him for distribution.OPH

That sucks. Whats the penalty for distribution if you have a card.Like say i have a card i can grow and smoke my own. And my friend brings over some bud or i give him some of mine. NOOO money involved would i get just distrubition, or would i get my card taken away?

Don't know about california,but here in missouri they gave the guy who brought a joint to smoke, 5 years suppended sentance with probation for distribution.No money involed either.OPH

I think that if you didn't have the seeds and you had a decent lawyer there's no way they could get you for anything. Who's to say you don't just enjoy growing tomatoes and so you have a sweet set-up for that? If you have a decent lawyer there's no way they could get you on charges just because you happen to hobby in horticulture. That's totally against the constitution!

Dude no offense dont take this directly but man fuck missiouri if i were you id get the hell out of there. Cause it seems like they come down on you pretty hard over there. And if your actually growing which i presume you are since your on this site youll probbaly get a shit load of jail time.

Was not me,but a freind.Yes missouri is fu!ked up on it's drug laws.Columbia up by the capital has changed their laws to possesion of less than 35grs to a $100 fine.We have a bill we are trying to get sent into the house to vote on now.I will not move or run from these ass holes,i will fight them anyway i can.With our new governer who is in favor of such laws,i will wait.OPH
