i was told today by somone i met that his friend grows weed legaly. When i asked wut his condition was he said he didnt have a condition. This lady has a condition and threw this lady he is able to grow the weed for her. I dont know if this is true and possible so if anyone knows anything about this that would be great. He told me he could get me hooked up all i needed was a background check with no criminal record of trafficing and a picture of me. he probably told me some more shit but i was high and couldnt remember it all.

move to california go see a doctor tell him u have back pains becouse they cant prove your back really hurts get your medical card and grow no more then 99 plants. BAMM! LEGAL!.

You can be designated as a legal caretaker for someone with a mmj card and grow the designated amount of plants allowed for that person.

first off im canadian i cant move to cali. secondly i do have back problems i wouldnt be lying, and im goin to see my doctor about perks or mj, not sure how ima ask for it but eh. As for boneman, this is exactly what i was talkin about being a designated caretaker. Is this easy to become? The way the guy talked, made it sound as easy as shit. But also is this somthin i would want to apply for? because then im puttin a tab onmyself for the gov.

No marijuana is still illegal in Canada, and you CAN get busted. Its legal for medicinal at the federal level though.

Yes this is true. In Canada you can get a license called a DPL (Designated Person License) to grow for someone else. You need the patient to apply with you.
