If I had say 6 plants total, including seedlings and all. What sort of charges would I be looking at in Canada?

I know it may not seem like a big deal, but im just curious.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if you got caught with that, you would be going to jail. There were cases of possession charges being thrown out in Ontario (read more about that here http://www.thepotlawhasfallen.ca ), but if you were caught growing, I would assume they (government) would place you in jail and charge you with penalties from banned substances under schedule 2 of the criminal code.

It is totally dependant on the case and the judge. There are loopholes, and they work. Very rarely would much happen to you with 6 plants. But if you have seedling goping too, they count towards your plant count, and would indicate that you are doing this to sell. If that is the case, they would be more stern, as opposed to growing for yourself.
If they find you guilty of cultivation with intent to distribute, you would be in some good trouble. If they only find you guilty of personal growth, more than likely a fine with possible probabtion...
A small grow lkike that should not get noticed by anyone, unless you are selling, then you are openning up a whole can of worms. Just grow for personal use, and really, it is hard for you to get caught.
