ok last night me and a friend were walking to his house and we noticed a car with lights flashing in it i was (drunk/high) so we walked up to it and tapped on the window then pulled the handle (idk why) and a guy got out and said he was going to kill us so i ran and so did my friend he called the cops and reported us attempted burglary and the cops showed up to my house he got my friends tag and arrested me until my mom got me 6 hours later. i have court wednesday and they are charging me with a felony of burglary. they said they have fingerprints but nothing was stolen. and the people in the car were smoking bud out of a bowl and i told the cop that but he didn't even care. i am wonder what the best way to go with this would be i am a minor but as my brithday is in 3 months they might try me as an adult are there any lawyers on this site that can give me some advice or anyone who can help it would possibly save my future as tomorrow i am taking my asvab test for the marines and this is also my first offense ever.

yes because i was in cuffs for burglary when i did and they were i told them to get a dog on scene and they would discover drug parphnellia(the bowl) and the cop found us with alcohol and i told him i was drinking. but the cop ignored me telling him that they were smoking.

That makes it alright then, why dont you think about this with you and your mates sat in the car....

the cop never took a breathilizer or tested me for being drunk he never even told me anything for the first hour and a half this is my frist offense and im wondering if the cops could be at fault because the people who were smoking also admitted to drinking.
