I was driving in a rough neighborhood where i own a rental home, anyway i see some cops at one of the intersection so i am on my best behavior. BTW i am not in possession nor trying to buy anything. So they pull behind me and im like wtf and then they pull me over. The first thing i ask is why i was pulled over and he refuses to answer until i give him my info. I dont have my license on me,in my other jeans dammit.
Anyway, he says i ran a stop sign, which i did not (and my passenger agrees) adn then tells me to step out of the vehicle. He gets in my face and tells me that this is a drug neighborhood and i tell him i was lost (i actually was). It is so obvious he pulled me over cuz i was white in a black neighborhood, and assumed i was trying to buy drugs.
So he writes me a ticked and he brings his senior officer with him back to my car (dude was obviously a rookie) I am so pissed and i ask for his sargent's name and the senior officer replies "sargent" he is being a smartass and i ask again and he ignores me.
I dont know what to do, my blood is boiling, this shit just happened 15 mins ago. All i got was two tickets, for stop sign and no licence on me. Please advise me on what i should do. Thanks for listening

Nothing you can do about this, except waste some time in court trying to fight it. Make them give you their dash camera footage. Maybe you'll get lucky and it'll show you did stop.

Would be worth going back to see if any CCTV cameras cover that intersection, if you can catch them out then do it.

If you're a good liar you could try bluffing him by saying you have video and does he want to tear up the tickets or take it to court.

fuck the tickets, i am more pissed that he profiled me and pulled me over for no reason trying to find drugs. The cops were both such douchbags, and they wonder y everyone hates cops.

well if he gave u a ticket obiouslly u have his badge number call and file a complaint aginst him and got to court make sure ur friend goes with u so he can testify that u did stop and tell them the judge what happened exactly or contact a lawyer and ask them what can be done but honestly cop do this shit all the time it fuken ridiculous that they do but whats stopping them and sorry for my poor grammer and spelling

you should have 24 hrs to produce your licence and give it to them with no ticket as for the stop sign court is the best idea most of the time they dont even show up and something as petty as a stop sign is a waste of their time. atleast thats how it works here in canada!

ok buddy heres what you do regardless what ppl say get a lawyer or how ever you spell it lol, and your friend as a witness and contest against them in court for the stop light ticket try to get the stoplight cam video, theres not much you can do for the license ticket because you kinda scrwed yourself over on that. but if something ever happens again like this or if your pulled over try to be as pollite as possible even though it sucks it your best bet. hopefully i was helpfull enough, good luck man, let me know what happens

Hey babe. I was a professional driver in Texas, once upon a time. Back then, in my medium-sized city, we would either pay a lawyer to make the ticket go away, or we would ask for a trial BY JURY. If you ask for a trial, make dead sure that they don't give you a piece of paper to sign that says you waive your right to a jury trial. They tried to sneak that one in on me, but I caught it. If you ask for a jury trial, there is a decent chance that you'll never hear about the ticket again. At least that is the way it used to work here. Also check the ticket for errors in your address or name, etc. That sometimes works for some people to get it thrown out. * * As far as doing something because he profiled you and pulled you over because he suspected that you were buying drugs...they have always done this, and they will always do this period. It is not going to stop no matter what you do, and unless you have millions of dollars to your name, or an attorney that will work for free and someone to pay your other legal fees, you're not going to get anywhere accusing them of profiling etc. Personally, I wouldn't worry about the profiliing. Rather, I would just be thankful I didn't have any medicine in the car at the time. Not judging, just saying.
