So I got my med card and recommendation, been fine, goin to clubs, pickin up and shit but I didnt recieve any cultivation certificate and it says nothing about growing on my recommendation, I think i can still grow just with wut i got, but im not sure, can any1 please shed sum light on this cuz I really feel like I should post SUMTHING in front of my OUTDOOR garden, just to be more safe. Should I make my own sign stating wut I can legally do or wut? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

I see you are in Cali, so, The recommendation alone allows you to grow. The limits are debatable, but they seem to be 12 immature and/or 6 adults. although I've never understood the and/or part....... I post a copy of my rec by my grow....

Yeah they leave that 6 mature and /or 12 immature part pretty vague huh? lol...ive never been able to figure it out exactly either, but basically im not worried of getting in legal trouble, im actually more worried that the cops will come, and completely disregard the medical rec and license and take and kill my crop anyway....cuz ive heard local police are dicks and cannot accept the fact that its not illegal, and they also feel dumb going to a residence and having to leave without doing a damn thing....so yeah thats really wut im worried about.

If you are a legal patient and any medication or medicinally related items are stolen "confiscated" from your possession, then upon verification of medical status by a judge (that means you bring your original certificate to court), any and all stolen "confiscated" items shall be returned to you as received or the parties responsible for stolen property "evidence" shall be dealt with through disciplinary action, and retribution will be made by county responsible for theft "lost evidence".

I hope this is true... I have a medical rep and Im currently fighting a case in Long Beach. The cops came to my house and kicked my door open 2 days after I chopped 2 plants. This was in October and im still going to court with a Public Defender. I dont have money for a lawyer and my PD keeps telling me that it's up to the jury to decide. I feel so railroaded. All of the so called Pot Attorneys want at least 7,500 to even take the case. It seems this should have all been dismissed after my Doc Rec was verified. I have been a medical patient for the past 4yrs, no scales, no baggies, no sales. I grow my own to smoke and make hash. The problem was that the plant got over 6ft tall and I beleve my neighboors called them on me...man I got to medicate just thinking about it. The threatned me with 3yrs state prison. I have NO record at all!!! I hope they are just trying to scare me, its fucking working. Even if they dismiss it Im so done growing at least at my house! Peace!

Legally, you're right. However, public dump trucks dont help defendants. They make deals w/the prosecution so as to help themselves get into the d.a.'s office quicker (more $), which is the only way to be elected judge

yeah...it does suck ass how we have these laws...to protect us patients, but at the same time, the laws are ignored by local and federal police,lame.
