WHY is marijuana and mushrooms illegal ?
if it occurs naturally in nature and has been used for hundreds of years and shows no real hazards to human health , what makes the goverment have any say in why it should or shouldnt be illegal ? many hard working americans ( and many others ) are bein treated as criminals for using these drugs and cultivating them. WHY ?!
when is someone going to make a stand and free them ! i mean theres marinol which is legal by prescription , but a joint is fuckin paraphanelia and is illegal ? what the fuck ?

cannabis is illegal because back in the 30's blacks and mexicans were seen smoking it and they wanted to throw them in jail for any reason so they made it illegal to posses without a cannabis stamp, too bad they never made any stamps and never intended too, also hemp was so versatile that the cotton industry lobbyists pushed to make it illegal because it would have put their companies out of bussiness.

Mushrooms are illegal because the UN made anything that makes you hallcinate etc illegal in the 70's. Why? because they are ignorant to the truth about these substances.

yeah i heard that shit , they said it made u go crazzy . which isnt true i go to school fucked up and get a's and b's. i just hope that the new elect barrack obama does something, even if he dosent plan too legalize. i would seriously start a petition or a rally on that shit but im not old enough. and for the mushrooms part yeah theyre just ignorant i guess.
hmmmm i wonder . if all the lazy american potheads got off their bitchy asses and sighned one big bill or something would it work on a further step on legalization ? im gonna stop for a moment im rambling.

Sab I feel you man, we all do, all smokers could talk for WEEKS prolly presenting all the reasons they should be legal, but the gov. just turns the blind eye and would rather be ignorant to the truth, like wtf , u cant even become addicted to shrooms or LSD....its not the type of drug you can just pound allll the time lol

well it sucks it isnt legal cause i got accused of stealing oxycotton and jewelry from a ladys house and they searched me saying i fit the description for the robber, and they took my bagseeds my pot and my pipes. now i gotta go and see if i get probation. see how fucked up that is ? this shit wouldnt happen if they fuckin legalized the medieum to soft drugs and came down hard on crack , cocaine, opiates , and heroin. shit even painkillers .

also recently i got accused of selling those pills because a kid came to school and got caught with them and didnt want to give up his source to the cops so he said it was me !?! that shit makes me look sooo fuckin guilty and im not !!!!! i could go to fuckin jail and i didnt do shit .

yeah im new here and i think marijuana does need to be legalized just because of the economic advantages it would give. here in the u.s we are going through a recession and if marijuana was legal we could tax the import and outport of weed, make it available in gas stations and stuff and we would also be getting rid of more crime than the drug war that america wages on marijuana ever has. Also im stoned while writing this and if i can form a coherent thought and give good reasons about why weed should be legalized with okay puntuation and grammar is weed really that bad? It makes me more clear headed and it makes me think about a situation from a different angle one that many uptight, corrupt politicians could not because they are to stuck in their ways and they need to change. Now that Obama is the president elect he will bring change and if the politicians in D.C dont go with the flow hopefully they will be replaced with people who see the world in a different way.
